### Introduction
Analytics Pro is the UMA Vision analytics platform that turns sensor and reservation data into workplace intelligence. It provides multiple dashboards, an AI chart explainer, custom dashboard creation, and AI-generated reports, all delivered through a single integrated interface.
This knowledge base documents every dashboard, every tab, and every chart, and explains how the AI features work for both operational users and executives.

### License Tiers
Access to Analytics Pro features is governed by a per-user license assigned by your administrator, in addition to a company-level Analytics Pro flag that must be enabled.

### Common Controls
Every Analytics Pro dashboard shares a consistent header with the same set of filters:
* **Building** — site under analysis (or *All Buildings*)
* **Floor** — narrow to a single floor
* **Resource** — drill into an individual room, desk, or device
* **Resource Type** — filter to rooms, desks, parking, or zones
* **Date Range** — preset ranges or a custom range
* **Granularity** — hourly, daily, weekly, or monthly trend grouping (where applicable)
Filters persist as the user moves between charts and tabs within a dashboard session.

### Cross-Dashboard Capabilities
#### Chart-Level Actions
Every chart provides a consistent set of options:
* **AI Explain** — generate a natural-language interpretation (subject to license)
* **View Data** — open the underlying data table
* **Refresh** — refetch and re-render the chart
* **Export** — download as PNG, PDF, CSV, or JSON
#### Threshold and Budget Scoring
Dashboards that apply scoring bands (CO₂, TVOC, dew point, water temperature) display the bands directly in the visualisation. The Energy and Water dashboards add configurable monthly budgets with 50 / 75 / 100 percent threshold lines.
#### Forecasting
Trend charts include a linear-regression forecast extension to project future values within the current period.
#### Floor Heatmaps
Each sensor dashboard includes a Floor Heatmap tab that renders the relevant metric directly onto an interactive 2D floor plan, providing spatial context for every reading.

1. Confirm with your administrator that the company-level Analytics Pro flag is enabled and that you have been assigned a license.
2. Open Analytics Pro from the main navigation.
3. Begin with the dashboard most relevant to your role — Space Usage for workplace planning, Energy for finance and sustainability, Occupancy for capacity planning, and so on.
4. Use AI Chart Explain on any chart that catches your attention to receive an immediate plain-language summary.
5. Build a Custom Dashboard tailored to your daily needs, and generate an AI Report for monthly or quarterly review cycles.
