Services
Overview
The Services feature allows organisations to enhance meeting bookings with additional service requests such as catering, equipment, room setup, and more.
Admins define what services are available per building, configure approval workflows and cost centres, and track vendor fulfilment through Service Tasks. Users can request services during the booking process, and approvers manage those requests through a dedicated approval workflow.
How it works
Admins set up service categories, items, approval owners, and cost centres
Users add services to their meeting bookings, selecting delivery times, cost centres, and matter numbers as needed
Approvers review and approve or decline service requests for their categories
Service Tasks are automatically generated for approved requests, giving facilities teams and vendors a clear view of what needs to be fulfilled

Getting started
The Services module is a paid upgrade available as part of UMA. Contact your UMA Customer Success Manager to enable it for your tenant and guide you through setup.
