# v3.3.1 - 11th March 2026

## Live hot water temperature insights

UMA can now visualise **hot water temperature data** collected from **Quandify CubicMeter sensors**. This capability supports estates and facilities teams responsible for **water safety monitoring and HTM 04-01 compliance**.

When a Quandify CubicMeter device is connected, the Insights dashboard can display:

* **Live water temperature readings**
* **Historical temperature trends**
* **Time taken to reach compliance thresholds**
* **Final stabilised outlet temperature**

These readings can be visualised alongside other environmental metrics on the Insights dashboard, allowing water temperature data to be analysed together with other sensor insights where required.

#### HTM 04-01 Compliance Monitoring

UMA automatically evaluates compliance with **HTM 04-01** by monitoring the temperature response when a hot water outlet is opened.

The system measures how long it takes for the outlet to reach **55°C**.

Compliance is achieved when the temperature reaches **55°C within 1 minute of opening the outlet**.

Results are displayed clearly as:

* **PASS** – the temperature reached 55°C within the required time
* **FAIL** – the temperature did not reach 55°C within the permitted period

All recorded results are stored against the relevant **asset and location**, creating an auditable record that can be reviewed later.

As with other Insights data in UMA, water temperature readings can also be **exported in CSV format** for reporting or further analysis.
