v3.4.2 - 8th July 2026
Admin Booking Threshold Bypass
Who this is for: Admins, Building Admins
Admins and Building Admins can now bypass the advance booking threshold, allowing them to book resources further ahead than regular users β both for themselves and when booking on behalf of others.
Why it matters
Admins can place people into resources ahead of time even when the standard advance-booking limit would block it β useful for planning team days, onboarding new starters, or reserving space for upcoming events
Building Admins can do the same within the buildings they manage
The bypass is controlled by a company-wide on/off setting, so organisations that prefer all users to follow the same rules can leave it disabled
Regular users remain bound by the booking threshold regardless of the setting
Reminder Email Cancel Link Now Requires Confirmation
Who this is for: All Users
The cancel link in booking reminder emails now requires you to confirm the cancellation before the booking is released. Previously, simply opening the link would cancel the booking immediately β which meant email security scanners (such as Microsoft Defender Safe Links) could inadvertently cancel bookings when scanning URLs in incoming emails.
Why it matters
Clicking the cancel link in a reminder email now takes you to a confirmation page where you choose to cancel or keep the booking
Email security scanners can no longer accidentally release your desk or room by following the link
You must be signed in to confirm the cancellation, adding an extra layer of protection
Existing reminder emails and the standard cancellation flow through My Bookings are unaffected
Bug Fixes
TVOC chart and table now display consistent units β In the Air Quality Insights view, switching to the PPB tab showed values in PPB on the chart but mg/mΒ³ in the table. Both now display the same unit.
VOC Index chart axis labels no longer overlap β Axis labels on the Air Quality VOC Index chart were overlapping due to insufficient spacing. Labels now display clearly with proper padding.
Floor map occupancy counts now match actual values β Occupancy numbers on the floor map were not matching the figures reported by devices. The map now accurately reflects live occupancy data.
All-day parking bookings display correctly β All-day parking bookings were being created as working-hours events rather than true all-day events, and editing them to all-day in Outlook caused UMA to display the times as 1amβ1am. Parking bookings now create proper all-day calendar events and display correctly.
Occupied rooms no longer appear as available on the floor map β When a Neat Pad device was associated with a room that also had an occupancy sensor, the Neat Pad's zero occupancy reading was overriding the sensor's correct data. Devices without occupancy detection capability no longer override readings from dedicated occupancy sensors.
Multi-room booking no longer incorrectly shows rooms as busy β When adding multiple rooms to a booking, a room was incorrectly shown as busy if it had an existing booking starting immediately after the requested time slot, even though there was no actual overlap. Adjacent non-overlapping bookings no longer prevent room selection.
Occupancy dashboard chart no longer overlaps its title β The Resource Capacity vs Occupancy chart on the Analytics Pro Occupancy Dashboard was rendering too close to its tile heading. The chart now displays with consistent spacing matching other dashboard tiles.
All floor resources now appear in Calendar view β The Calendar view in Workspace β My Floor was only showing resources that had been placed on the floor map, hiding bookable resources that existed on the floor but weren't mapped. Calendar view now lists all resources belonging to the selected floor.
