My Floor Calendar View Improvements

Who this is for: All Users

The Calendar view on the My Floor page has been redesigned to show all rooms on your floor at once, making it faster to check room availability without paging through resources.

Why it matters

  • All resources on the selected floor are now shown, paginated at 50 per page β€” since the filter defaults to Rooms, this comfortably fits most floors in a single view

  • Rooms are sorted in natural number order (Room 1, Room 2, … Room 9, Room 10, Room 11) rather than alphabetical order (Room 1, Room 10, Room 11, Room 2)

  • The resource type filter defaults to Rooms when the page first loads, so you see the most commonly needed view straight away

  • You can switch the filter to include desks, parking, or other resource types, and page through results if your floor has more than 50 resources

  • The holistic view makes it easy to move bookings between resources using drag and drop β€” see availability across all your rooms at a glance and quickly reassign meetings where they fit best


Kontakt.io Asset Tracking on Floor Maps

Who this is for: Facilities Managers, Workplace Managers

UMA Vision now supports live asset tracking using Kontakt.io. Tagged assets appear on your floor maps in real time, with positions updating automatically as assets move around the building β€” giving you instant visibility of equipment, devices, and other tracked items across your floors.

Why it matters

  • See the live location of all your Kontakt-tracked assets on the office floor map, with positions refreshing every few seconds

  • Assign a recognisable icon to each asset (choose from categories like Healthcare, Office, Infrastructure, and more) so you can quickly identify what's where

  • A guided three-point calibration process aligns the Kontakt coordinate system with your UMA floor plan β€” set it once and it's remembered for future visits

  • Assets automatically appear and disappear from floor maps as they move between floors

  • Select any asset marker to view its name, type, vendor, status, and latest sensor readings

Setup

To use this feature, your floor must use the same floor plan in both Kontakt and UMA. Link the two by entering the Kontakt floor ID on the floor settings page in UMA, then run the guided calibration to align the maps.


Pressac Room Conditions Sensor Support

Who this is for: Facilities Managers, Building Managers

The Pressac Room Conditions sensor is now supported in UMA Vision, giving you temperature, humidity, sound level, and illumination readings from a single device β€” reducing the number of sensors needed to monitor room conditions.

Why it matters

  • Monitor four environmental metrics from one sensor: temperature, humidity, sound level, and illumination (lux)

  • Live and historical readings are available on the device detail page, with near real-time updates

  • Illumination data appears as a new tab in Live Insights alongside the existing environmental metrics

  • Historical data flows through to analytics, reports, and all other views that use device history


Milesight Sensor Support

Who this is for: Facilities Managers, Admins

Two new Milesight sensors are now supported in UMA Vision:

Milesight WS302 Sound Level Sensor

The Milesight WS302-868M LoRaWAN sound level sensor can now be added to UMA Vision. Sound level readings appear on the device detail page, in Live Insights, and across analytics dashboards β€” letting you monitor ambient noise levels alongside your other environmental sensors.

Milesight CT303 3-Phase CT Clamp

The Milesight CT303 3-phase current transformer clamp is now supported as an energy sensor. It slots into the same energy monitoring pipeline as Pressac and Netvox sensors β€” readings appear in your energy dashboards, charts, and reports with no additional configuration.


Netvox R718N125 Single-Phase CT Clamp

Who this is for: Facilities Managers, Building Managers

UMA Vision now supports the Netvox R718N125 single-phase CT clamp for energy monitoring on single-phase circuits. This extends energy monitoring to rooms, zones, kitchens, and other spaces where a three-phase sensor isn't needed.

Why it matters

  • Monitor energy consumption on single-phase circuits β€” ideal for individual rooms, kitchens, or non-bookable zones

  • Energy readings appear in your existing energy dashboards, Live Insights, and CSV exports alongside Pressac, Milesight, and other energy sensors
