Having trouble logging in or require a password reset?
If you are having trouble logging in or have forgotten your password here are a few tips to get you logged in before contacting UMA Support.
Logging in with Office 365
The majority of users will use their Company's Office 365 Account to log in to UMA. If you are unsure how you usually log in, try clicking the Office 365 button in the first instance
To log in using your Company's Office 365 account, click on the Office 365 button at the bottom of the page. This will take you to a Microsoft authentication page where you will need to enter your O365 account to gain access.
If you have trouble logging in with you O365 Account or require a password reset, you will need to contact your internal IT department to resolve the issue
Logging in to UMA with your Email and Password
If you usually log in to UMA with your email and password but are having trouble signing in, please click the 'Contact UMA Support' link as seen below the green sign in button.
This will direct you to a new window where you can email the UMA Support team. Please detail in the email the issue you are facing and a member of our team will be back in touch shortly to get you signed in.
