The KPI chart displays the overall average occupancy, based on the selected time frame. It provides insights at the building level or floor level but does not show resource-level average occupancy.
Note: For resource-level average occupancy, refer to the separate KPI cards below.
Helps in space planning by tracking overall workspace demand.
The chart displays the resource efficiency ratio. Resource efficiency is calculated by dividing the average occupancy by the total resource capacity, providing insight into how effectively the resource is being utilized.

The charts display the resource capacity numbers versus the average number of attendees. It is similar to the chart above, but while the above chart shows the same details in percentage, this chart displays the numbers.

The KPI cards display the values and trends of the daily, weekly, and monthly average occupancy over the selected time. The up and down arrows indicate the comparison between the time periods based on the KPI chart. All these cards are filtered by the "Resource".

The summary table displays the raw data for all people count sensors within the selected time range. This data is used to create the above charts. Users can download the data as a CSV file or create their own charts from the summary table.
