Description

It shows the reservation trend for the selected time frame, categorized by resource type. It displays the reservation trend line for each resource type.

  • Identify peak and low-demand periods for different resource categories.

  • Optimize resource allocation based on trends and usage patterns.

3. Reservations Time Breakdown

Description

It shows the reservation trend for the selected time frame, categorized by different times of the day. The trend line displays the total number of reservations, while the stacked bar chart breaks it down into morning, afternoon, and all-day reservations.

Use Case

  • Identify peak reservation times (e.g., morning vs. afternoon trends).

  • Optimize room and resource availability based on time-of-day demand.

  • Understand how users prefer to schedule their bookings.

4. Scheduled Vs. Instant Reservations

Description

The chart displays the total number of reservations, including scheduled and instant reservations. Scheduled reservations are made in advance, while instant reservations are ad hoc or unscheduled reservations.

Description

It is linked to a sensor, which identifies reservations as no-shows if the reserved resource is not detected.

6. Out of Hours Room Reservations Trend

Description

The chart displays the trend of out-of-hours meeting counts. It shows the trend of meetings scheduled outside of working hours. If the trend line appears as shown in the chart below, it means there are no out-of-hours room reservations.

7. Meeting Rooms Attendees Trend

Description

The chart displays the trend of meeting room attendees. This data is sourced from the calendar, reflecting the number of attendees invited when booking a meeting room. It does not come from sensors.

Use Case

  • Identify Meeting Trends → Are more or fewer attendees being invited over time?

  • Optimize Room Sizing → Ensure room capacity aligns with actual booking trends.
