Configure additional options for exports
When you export workbook data from Analytics Pro, you can configure additional options to control the appearance and content that gets exported.
User requirements
To configure export options, you must be assigned a write permissions.
How to access the schedule export feature
In a published workbook, select the element.
From the element's menu, select More
.
Expand Export option and select Schedule exports.

Steps to set up a schedule export
Recipient: Enter the email addresses of the recipients you want to send the scheduled report to.
Subject: Specify the subject line of the email in which the scheduled report will be delivered.
Message: Add a custom message to be included in the body of the scheduled report email.
Attachments: Add as many attachments as needed. Select the appropriate format based on the type of each attachment.
Frequency: Choose how often and at what time the report should be sent. You can also adjust the timezone as per your requirement.
Condition: Set specific conditions to ensure the report is only generated if certain criteria are met.
More Options:
Check the "Zip File" option if you prefer to receive the attachments in a compressed zip format.
Configure controllers such as building, floor, or date range to customize the scope of the report.
📘 Important: When scheduling a report, it's mandatory to specify the building and floor details. By default, the date range will be set to the last 3 months.
